Strengthen sales skills including understanding the importance of and practising identifying business benefits and opportunities.
This creative sales game consists of 50 different business scenarios, which are designed to challenge the most creative and positive individuals in finding a way to make these businesses a success.
The challenges businesses face in the 21st century often mean that the difference between success and failure is not so much the business model adopted, but the attitude and creativity of the employees who work within the business.
If employees feel that what is asked of them is unreasonable they are likely to be negative towards it. This leads to challenges appearing insurmountable, creating disillusionment and ultimately, poor business performance.
Participants of this game soon learn the benefits of being positive and creative, even in difficult situations. They are set challenges far tougher than what they will ever experience in their real work place. It encourages them to find creative winning solutions by looking at some key business drivers that may be applied – The Brand of the business, the Unique Selling Points of the products and services, the market Opportunity and the Benefits of their products and services.
They are then challenged against each other, selling their creative thinking and coming up with ingenious solutions to make their business work. The game progresses with the best business being voted for by the competing delegates, with the most successful delegates proceeding to the next round – and another business challenge. The game continues until there is just one person left – the Sales Winner!
Not only does the game encourage creative thinking and looking for positive opportunities in dire adversity, but by practicing their sales skills being in competition; it allows the delegates to learn from each other and develop their skills in these key areas.
A Trainers Guide – this provides information on the running of the game and the teaching of the key areas in business that help achieve success
“My group really enjoyed it and came up with some very creative ideas. Interestingly as well, there was clear development in their ability. In each round, their presentations of each requirement, improved upon their previous one.”
