HOW IT WORKS

Elite tailors coaching to meet organisations', teams' and individuals' unique needs. The majority of our coaching is held 'in-house', which means we travel to you, saving you time and travelling costs.

Coaching focuses on the individual and at Elite we create a plan alongside the individual and work through this to improve performance. We use comprehensive coaching documentation and development tools which clients keep for further application.

Team coaching varies slightly as more observation is completed and therefore more feedback given on the interactions – Elite spends time in the team environment and quickly identifies and feeds back team strengths and development needs. Mapping and journaling enables individuals and teams to understand the next steps and future interactions. Elite then coaches sub-groups and individuals to further enhance the learning experience.
